The Macon Film and Video Festival will be held February 18-22, 2009 in Macon, Georgia. and the special guests include True Blood's Carrie Preston (Arlene Fowler).
The festival will be at the Cox Capitol Theatre where more than 60 hours of original, independent film will be shown.
